Keystone Moves Forward in Senate

Democratic senators voted in favor of approving TransCanada’s oil pipeline as well as rejected an amendment that would had delayed the project with the processes Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) proposed for further scrutiny. This level of bipartisanship is a big win for the TransCanada’s oil pipeline as it shows the Senate will approve Keystone even if President Obama doesn’t. Politico reports
